Boiler repairs

We diagnose the actual cause rather than replace parts on guesswork. Common faults include diverter valves, PCBs, expansion vessels, pressure sensors, fans and ignition leads. Most are fixed quickly, often the same day, once properly diagnosed.

An annual boiler service keeps your boiler running at its best, catches problems early, and is required to keep the manufacturer's warranty valid. Our service covers all the key checks to get your boiler running to accredited standards, with a written certificate for your records so you retain your warranty.
New boiler installations
Looking for a new boiler installation? Replacing a tired boiler or fitting one in a property from scratch? We carry out a proper survey first, checking the existing system, flue routing, gas supply, and the demands of the household, before recommending the right unit. No one-size-fits-all quotes. We install combi, system and regular boilers, and can advise on high-efficiency units that qualify for manufacturer warranties of up to 10 years.
Boiler replacements & upgrades
If your existing boiler is at end-of-life, we handle the full swap: removing the old unit, adapting pipework and flues where needed, flushing the system, fitting a magnetic filter (often a warranty condition), commissioning the new boiler, and registering the Gas Safe notification and manufacturer warranty.
Pressure & water temperature issues
Combi boilers rely on the right system pressure (typically 1.0 to 1.5 bar cold). Pressure that keeps dropping, or running too high and tripping the relief valve, points to different faults. We'll diagnose properly rather than just top it up and send you a bill.
