It's the work we do every day, for homeowners, landlords and letting agents across the region. Whatever's wrong, we've almost certainly fixed it before, and we'll be straight with you about what it needs.
Leaks & burst pipes
A slow leak under the sink, a weeping joint behind a radiator, or a burst pipe flooding a hallway: we trace and fix leaks of every kind. If water is coming in actively, call us on 07984 856177 and turn your stop tap off while you wait. We carry the fittings and pipework to make a permanent repair in most cases, not just a temporary patch.
Taps, washers & mixer replacements
Dripping taps waste water and push up bills. Most can be repaired with a new cartridge or washer; older taps are often better replaced outright. We supply and fit kitchen mixers, basin taps and bath fillers, or fit a tap you've bought yourself, whichever works out better for you.
Toilet repairs & replacements
Running toilets, slow-filling cisterns, blocked or rocking pans, weak flushes. All common, all fixable. We carry most standard fill and flush valves on the van, so many toilet repairs are done the same day we come out. Full toilet replacements usually take a couple of hours.
Kitchen plumbing

Pipework & general maintenance
Airlocks, noisy pipes, low water pressure, frozen pipework in winter, old lead or galvanised pipework. We work in copper, plastic push-fit and press-fit depending on what the job calls for, and we keep pipe runs neat and accessible for the next person.
